Don’t forget to spruce up the outside of your home.

Let’s talk about getting your house ready for sale….the outside.  Recently I’ve seen some homes that have been completely renovated or partially renovated BUT for some reason the outside has been neglected.  We are now allowed to post many more photos on MLS and realtor.ca. This allows buyers to see more angles of each room and all the details that have been fixed, refreshed, reorganized, etc.  However if you have gone to the trouble, time and cost of doing all of these but forget to spruce up the outside you are doing yourself a huge disservice. Please I beg you, […]

Real Estate Market April 2021

Will the market crash? What’s happening in the market right now? Take a moment and listen to the video I just made regarding the market.  We are definitely seeing a softening of the market but by no means a crash.  What do I mean by softening?  More sellers are putting there houses on the market so there is less competition. We are seeing not as many people through houses, less offers on each house and not as many are going way over asking.  The Toronto Real Estate Board just put out it’s numbers for last month and they are slightly […]

5 year Market Review

As most of you know the market is HOT HOT HOT🔥🔥🔥 . I’d like to take a few minutes and talk about this and how it affects buyers. First, I often get asked, “when will this market calm down and will the market crash?” Obviously, I do not have an answer to this or a crystal ball. (If I did, that lotto max might me mine 😉 ) Here’s what I can say. The first couple months of the year are very busy. Inventory is low and we have more buyers looking for property than we have properties available to […]
